Painting, to me, is a language. Throughout scripture God paints a picture of his relationship with His beloved as one in which he responds and speaks. This is my life blood and is what I constantly strive to be more expressive of. Nature shouts of His majesty as well as whispers of His most intimate attention to detail.
I strive to bring glory to my Lord in what ever I do. My ”voice” is thru the visual arts, small intimate classes and gourmet dinner parties with dessert around an open critique of the new works of art of those present for the evening.
I have been blessed to meet many fine artists by designing the programs for local art groups. This also has been an excellent means to challenge new exploration in my work. I also have had the privilege of hosting some very fine artists from out of our area. I have found that fellow artists continue to bring richness to my life through their playfulness and creative spirit. This is my desire to pass on to others, the beauty and richness of life as seen thru the filter of my life.
